Her practice focuses on mindfulness-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Practicing gratitude is a wonderful mindfulness exercise. Research shows that gratitude decreases symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as improves the quality of our sleep, stabilizes our relationships, and increases connection to our communities. This podcast will review gratitude, and then provide a gratitude practice. If you want to hear the meditation, skip to 04:22.
